Faster Check Printing
A change in the Process Checks screen, now requires you
to click on the "Rebuild"
 button in the
lower left corner. This creates a work file from which the checks are
processed. You will find that check processing and printing goes
MUCH faster!
You can also change the payee and address on the check
to the
company, the customer (refund), or a 3rd party, from the check
processing screen. You no longer have to return to a customer folder to
edit a receipt (if you have edit receipt user privileges). You can also change a receipt to an EFT by
editing the receipt. For more information on editing receipts, see the

Stronger Security Settings
Security changes were made to ID Cards and the Message
Pad.
In order to print ID Cards from a policy screen, the user
must have ‘Temporary ID Card’ permission. This permission previously controlled only the temporary ID
Cards on the utilities menu.
In previous versions, anyone could click on 'All' and
see messages addressed to others. In the updated version, you can only
see your own messages. Users designated as Administrators can see 'All' messages.
