From the Editor
We have been using our new call center
format for
almost 3 months and the response and productivity of the support
team has increased significantly. However, there are some
instances where your call may not be returned as quickly as
before. Usually that is because we now research your problem and consult with other
technicians or supervisors about your problem before we call
you back. It may be because we are experiencing a larger
call volume than usual. In most instances, phone calls are returned within
10 minutes.
Calls are usually returned in the order in which they are
received, but calls received from agencies whose systems are down are
escalated. If you are having a database problem or have a
technician on site, please let our receptionist know.
If you have a question or topic you would
like explained, a story to share, or just a quick useful tip,
we'd love to hear from you. Please send your responses to tina@agencyadvantage.com.

Export Function in Reports
Would you like to get a report into a
another format? Maybe an Excel sheet or a Word document? WinAA now has a report export function
that can export your data into spreadsheets, documents and or even
another database.
How do I do
it?
It's easy. Run a report as usual. At the top of the page on the
toolbar, you'll see an Export.. button. Click on this
button and you will see a dialog box where you can name and
save the new file on your computer.

Under "Save as type" you can choose the file
format to export your report to. Excel spreadsheet format (*.xls),
rich text format (*.rtf) for Word documents, or an Access database format
(*.mdb). You can then work with the exported data as you need
without affecting the data in your database.
.NET Version of Ivans
If you are downloading with GMAC and
have to maintain a dial-up connection, relief is here! Ivans
has released their .NET version of the software that will
allow you to get downloads from GMAC WITHOUT a dial-up
connection!
How does it work?
The Information
Exchange mailbox, commonly used with GMAC and Victoria
requires a
dial-up connection. However, with the new .NET technology, you
can connect through your existing internet connection very
similar to the way you connect with ECS.
The download process won't be any faster, as
it still has dial-up speed, however, it is much more
convenient!

center for more details..
