From the Editor
Moving right along! The past year we've introduced many
new features in WinAA. We're hoping to introduce more, but we need your
help.
We want to help you generate more business. How do you
market in your agency? What tools would make reaching potential customers
easier and more efficient? Look over the marketing scenarios listed below.
If you have additional ideas, send us an email at support@agencyadvantage.com
And as always, if you have a question or topic you
would like explained, a story to share, or just a quick useful tip, we'd
love to hear from you. Please send your responses to tina@agencyadvantage.com.

Marketing Subsystem
Listed below are several scenarios you may encounter in
your agency. We are working to design a subsystem that will help you
handle these scenarios.
·
An agency wants to market additional lines of
business to existing customers. They want to approach customers who have
only auto policies and try and generate new business with them in
homeowners or renters insurance.
·
An agency gets a new homeowner company with
great rates for homes in a certain price range. The agency wants to know which
customers live in the zip codes that are likely to have homes of that
value or greater.
·
A producer leaves the agency to start his own
agency. The agency wants to send letters to his customers telling them
that he no longer represents the agency and to notify the customer of the
new person handling the account.
·
Generate mailing labels for all family members
with birthdays in March.
NSF Checks
What causes the biggest headaches in your business?
Surely NSF checks are in the top ten.
Handling NSFs is complicated. Flagging the receipt,
adjusting the check register, communicating with the customer, informing
the company, suspensing the cancellation and tracking the reimbursement
are time consuming tasks.
We are working on new features to guide you through the
NSF process.
