CSR Signature Feature Added
Now your your signature can be added to letters in The
Agency Advantage. No more need to print it out, sign it, then
fax it to the company or make copies. This can be a time and paper
saver! Security is provided so you can determine who can apply your
signature to letters. This feature will be extended to ACORD forms
in the future.
To use your signature, first go to CSR Setup click
on the Signature Tab, then click the Signature Setup Button. Print
the special signature capture form, sign
your name on it and scan the form using the scan button on the Signature
Setup Screen. Then select your signature and add it to your CSR
profile. Exit the Signature Setup screen and place a check mark by
the individuals who will be allowed to use your signature.
For more detailed instructions see the related
support article.
View Recent Folders from the Toolbar
If there is anything insurance agency employees are
accustomed to, it is interruptions. Frequently you find yourself
working in one customer folder when another customer (company, lien
holder) will call and you have to leave the the first customer to go the
new one.
Now, with the Recent Customer List on the Toolbar, you
can instantly return to any of the last ten customers you have viewed
without ever typing their name. Instant time savings!
The list keeps your most recent ten customers until you
close the program.
