 Commercial Downloads & Direct Bill Commissions

Commercial Downloads & Direct Bill Commissions are now available. Please make sure you have the latest version of WinAA and the latest version of the Download Manager.

With the latest update you can now download any class of personal or commercial lines business. You've probably noticed a change in the coverage summary on the  miscellaneous class policies. This change was made to more closely match the ACORD specification for commercial download.

The fastest way to implement the commercial and direct bill commission downloads into your system is to contact your insurance companies. You will need to request they become certified with the Agency Advantage for these new downloads.


 Mandatory Fall Update Features

 

You may have noticed this window popping up when you login to WinAA. Now is the time to update. The current released version is 2.047. You can do this by going to Utilities - Internet Update. For detailed instructions on updating the computers in your office, please click here.

Here is a summarized list of features in this release:

  • Improved handling of new alerts in the Agency Advantage connection.

  • Improved the Lienholder lookup for Homeowner policies.

  • Commercial and Direct Bill Commission Download.

  • New business downloads will be marked to prevent them from appearing on open binder report.

  • Improved Internet Update handling.
