your Agency Advantage!
If you are new to The Agency Advantage
this may be your first update. We have included some tips below to
help you through the process. This update contains some new features
suggested by our users. We are listening!

A recent addition is
the
Marketing Search module which adds a variety of search
options to help you generate reports,
letters, and labels from you customer database.

Also recently added,
Advanced EFT processing now gives you more tools and options
to help
select and post to the check register.

Outbound Email now handles SMTP Server
Authentication. This makes it possible to setup your
Agency Advantage email with ISPs that require authentication.

The AA Connection delivers
timely information about program updates, corrections &
newsletters directly to each workstation.
Update Boot
Camp

Download and
install the update when everyone is out of the program. We recommend installing the update after hours or before the
office opens in the morning.

Begin at one computer and go to the
AA Utilities Menu and click on Internet Update.

Click Check for Internet Update, then
Download Program Update. This will store the update
file on your server drive in the AA\Updates folder. This gives everyone access to the file
with only one download.

After the download completes, restart The
Agency Advantage. It will detect the new update and prompt you
to install. After the installation completes, exit the program on this
computer.

Go to the next workstation and open up The Agency Advantage. It will detect the update and prompt you
to install. Repeat this process until you have updated
all of the computers in your office.
