Version 3 - Print Capture Ideas
In last month’s newsletter we introduced The Agency
Advantage Print Capture Feature. This feature holds so much potential for
saving you time and effort, we wanted to make sure you are aware of it's
capabilities. With this feature, it is possible for anything that can be
printed to be easily and quickly attached to your customer’s
folder.
If you want to store a quote from a rater or company
web site, you can print it to the WinAA Printer. The WinAA Printer
captures the quote and sends it to your customer’s folder,
allowing you to add a description and policy number. If you want to
record the details of an on-line transaction, print it to the WinAA
Printer – it works the same way. These items are all saved on the
attachments tab and can be emailed with a couple of clicks.
Think for a moment about the possibilities this feature
brings: print ID Cards to the WinAA Printer and then email them to the
customer. Print and email Statements of Coverage or Binders. Do the same
for forms on which you need your customer’s signature. Your customer can
receive it via email, print it, sign it and fax it or mail it back to the
agency. This feature is limited only by your creativity.
Version 3 - Released
Current customers can now download Version 3 of The Agency Advantage. Go to the Utilities Menu in The Agency Advantage
and click on Internet Update to begin the process. All Users should be
logged out of The Agency Advantage to install the update.
