been getting a version expiration warning please download this update before the
cutoff date.

Mandatory Update Tips
The current version of The Agency Advantage is 3.023.
Many of you may have noticed a warning coming up on your screen with a
cutoff date.

It is very important to make sure no one has The Agency Advantage open while running the update.
Why? Occasionally, updates contain database changes. If there are users in the program, these database changes cannot be made. This can cause a number of problems.
To get the update, go to Utilities then Internet
Update. Click Check for Internet Updates then download the
update.
You only have to download the update once. However, you will
have to install the update on each workstation. Again, make sure no
users are in the program, then install the updates one workstation at a
time.

New Website Layout
The Agency Advantage Support Site
received a much needed facelift this past week. Old articles have been
removed and others were updated with the most recent information.
One of our most popular destinations, the Company Download link, is now at the top of each page.

Signature Appearance
The signatures on ACORD forms in Agency
Advantage have been improved. Previously, the signatures may have
appeared light or hard to read on the forms. Some may have been blurry
or discolored.
If you experienced problems with your
signatures, try downloading the
latest update then
rescanning them. You should see an improvement in their quality.
