The launching of My Agency Advantage was a great success. You now have a gateway to your account without having to pick up the phone. You can update your information and make payments online. We hope that everyone will continue to use this valuable tool from month to month.

Our support site is growing daily and is a valuable tool for learning how to use The Agency Advantage. Take a few minutes to browse around and see the information we have available.

 The Agency Advantage Support Website

Here are a few topics that may be useful to you and your agency:

Creating Custom PDF forms - if you have the full version of Acrobat you can create forms to implement into the software and sit alongside the current ACORD forms in the program.

In addition to the instructions for creating Custom PDF Forms you can find our standard ACORD Forms on the website as well.

Can't find an old article? Our Newsletter Archives are an information rich resource.

Problems bridging quotes or need help setting up your rating software? We have several rater "How to's.." including ITC, FSC and AccuAuto.

Need the latest update? We only require you to download and install updates twice a year, however, having the most recent update ensures you have the latest program enhancements and fixes.

Finally we have Company Downloads. If you're not downloading your information from the companies then you're doing too much work! Downloads post information directly to the customer file, including new business, renewals, policy changes and cancellations. For a list of companies we currently support click here.

First, visit our website and check to ensure you are using the latest version.

View our list of ACORD Forms

If you don't see the form you are looking for, email support with the name and number of the form.

Some forms are state specific, so please include your location so we can determine if your form is one of those.
