New Tool Bar
In version 3.025 we've modified the tool bar to include a full program menu and some shiny new icons. Instead of having to
back up, go to another menu option, then click another button, you
can access most areas of The Agency Advantage directly from the new tool bar!
Importing Graphics Into Letterhead
The Agency Advantage has a letterhead tool that you may not be aware of.
You currently may be using a plain text letterhead but have an existing
company logo you'd like to use instead.
In order to make the change you'll have to reregister the software, so
make sure you are at the computer that has the key at the lower right
hand corner of the Main Menu. You will also have to have administrator
permissions.

Downloads - The Big Picture
What exactly are Company Downloads? The best way to
become successful at processing downloads is to fully understand the big
picture. There are three main areas of downloading: the company, the
means of downloading, and the vendor.
The company is responsible for sending the files to
the various means of downloading: IVANS, TEAM-UP, or direct.
The means of downloading depends on the company. Most
companies use IVANS. Some use TEAM-UP and the remaining few have their
own methods of sending files (direct). Imagine an online mailbox set up
to receive all your files from the companies. Those files will sit there
until you pick them up. Every company can send to the same mailbox
(depending on the means: IVANS, TEAM-UP, etc.).
Finally, the vendor (The Agency Advantage) processes
the files that were retrieved by the different methods.
