The bi-annual mandatory update is coming up in August.
In this update we'll be introducing Producer Codes, more on that below.
Also, we have received lots of requests for a claims feature, so check out the
sidebar and let us know if you have something you'd like to see in that
update.

New Feature - Producer Codes
The latest update to The Agency Advantage introduces a way to track
policy commissions for both the CSR and the Producer. Policy
activities now include a section for Producer. CSR and Producer commissions are calculated from the agency commission depending on their individual percentage rates.
This will be useful in an agency where there may be more than one
Producer or a situation where both CSR and Producer need to have
commission on a policy. For more information see our support article on

Mandatory Update in August
It's that time again! Some of you may have noticed
the version update message when you login to The Agency Advantage.
To get the latest update, go to
Utilities and then Internet Update. You will want to Check for Internet
Update. When it says there is one available, you want to download the
update, and finally install it.
You will need to install the update on
each computer. After you download it once, you don't have to download it
again. Simply open The Agency Advantage on the next workstation and
it will prompt you to install the new version.
A couple tips to help your update
process:

Everyone needs to be out of the
program.

Update the computers one at a time.
When one is finished, move to the next computer.
