The year 2007 is well underway and The Agency Advantage has already released several exciting features to aid in your office productivity. Now, we present My Agency Advantage. This new website helps you keep your account and payment information up to date. Pay bills online with a credit card or set up automatic payments! You'll never have to worry about slow mail or late fees again!

 Version 3 Features Review

Still not sure of everything that Version 3 has to offer? Check out the list below:

·         Print Capture - This has been a great success. Many of our agents have called and raved on this useful feature. Instead of printing a document and scanning into The Agency Advantage, use Print Capture and any printable document goes directly to the customer folder.

·         Web Merge - Tired of entering your login credentials customer information on company websites? With the web merge feature, The Agency Advantage fills in the information for you.

·         PDF Scanning, Flattening & Packaging - You can use this feature to group your completed ACORD forms and PDF images and email them to companies or customers.

·         Certificate Processing - Upgraded to increase efficiency and functionality.

·         Commercial Lines Download - The Agency Advantage has the capability to download any line of business from companies. Commercial lines are available from certified companies. If your company isn't currently certified for commercial download, please email us for more information.

·         Direct Bill Commissions Download - Instead of manually reconciling the company statement, you will be sent DBC downloads that reconcile, enter correct premiums, and correct commissions into the policy activities instantly.

·         Open Suspense for this Customer - This was designed to let CSRs know that there is follow-up date on either a letter or a note that requires attention. When you open a customer's folder, the words Open Suspense for this Customer appear in red at the bottom.

My Agency Advantage is the latest billing enhancement for your Agency Advantage account. From My Agency Advantage you can check your account balance, change your contact information, set up automatic payments, and make a one time payment.
