The Agency Advantage's mandatory fall update is well underway
and if you haven't updated to version 3.031, please update by the cut-off
date indicated on your system.
We continue to work on advancements and new features in

Lines

With the 3.031 update, a change was made in the way new
policies are added. Previously, when adding a new policy manually, the
more common personal lines, AUTO, HOME, CYCLE, and MHOME were shown
listed with bullets that you could choose before selecting the insurance
company.
Now, instead of choosing the bullets, all of the
classes are grouped in one drop down list. The standard personal classes
will still have the same formats. For example, AUTO and CYCLE will still
have sections for vehicles and drivers.
Also, when referring to policies, the word "Class"
has been replaced by "LOB" or "Lines of Business."

improvements in the Agency Advantage program come from our customers. Finding
new ways to improve our Personal and Commercial Lines processing is very

Adobe
Reader 9 and AA Version 3.031
Make sure if you are using Adobe Reader 9 you have the latest
version of the Agency Advantage program - 3.031.
Also, if you already have version 3.031 you can
continue to use Reader 8 as usual.
