ACORD signatures and what the "key" icon is and why it's
important to your agency.

Improved
Signature Options on ACORD Forms
In previous versions, signatures were only applied on ACORD
forms when a new copy of a form was initially created. The signature remained when it was
saved as an attachment. Now, when opening a previously saved form, you
have the option of inserting any signature on the form.
When you double-click on an existing ACORD form or add
a new form, you'll get this message:

This will allow you to choose the signature you want applied
to the ACORD form. Remember you can only insert signatures that you have been
granted permission to use in System Setup / User Setup.
Registration
Key Icon?
When you register your Agency Advantage program, a key
icon appears in the lower right-hand corner of the Main Menu, but only on
the computer from which you registered. This key, when clicked, allows
you to update your license via the Internet or gives you a link to go
your account information online.

If your account in being paid in a time manner, you
should seldom need to click on this button. Each month the program
accesses our servers and makes sure your license information is up to
date.
Occasionally something may happen that changes your
registration information and causes the key to disappear and your license
will not update automatically:

You replace the computer with the key icon
·
Hard drive failure
·
Virus
·
Computer gets reformatted
· Change information in the Product
Registration section under System Setup / Agency Information
If any of the above has happened to your system then
you will need to re-register the software. Check our support
site for detailed instructions.
