Version 3.030 introduces The Agency Advantage's new prospecting
features. X-Dating combined with a facelift in our customer search is
sure to maximize your marketing capabilities.

Feature - Prospect Management / X-Date Tracking
The Agency Advantage is pleased to announce the addition
of our latest feature, Prospect Management. The addition of the X-Date Tab
in the customer folder allows a prospect to be entered into The Agency
Advantage with information about his expiring policies or to add the same
information to an existing customer. In either case all of the tools such
as notes, letter writing, forms, etc. are available to pursue the new
business and follow up at the appropriate times.
With the addition of this feature, we also gave the
Customer Search screen a facelift. When looking up a customer or prospect, you
are now able to search by Name, Phone Number, Policy Number,
Address, SS# and DL# while also filtering by All, Active, Inactive,
X-Date (Active customers with active X-date entries), and Prospective
clients.
Prospective customers are now shown in Blue. A prospective customer is an account,
having no active policies, where a current x-date has been entered. It
will also have PROSPECT next to the
customer number.

Menu
Reorganization
In keeping with our
effort to keep The Agency Advantage logically organized and
easy to use, some reports have been moved within the menu system. If a
report isn't where you are accustomed to finding it, please continue reading.
The X-Date Listing
report has been added on the Reports Menu. This lists prospects and customers
by the expiration date entered on the X-Date record.
The Reconciliation
Menu has been moved from Reports to Accounting.
