Many of the features added in last few updates are the direct result of your input. Many of you have suggested a spell checker and it has been added. Many requests were also received to be able to use your agency logo on your letterhead. It was also suggested that  signatures be added  to the letters.  Both of these features have been added and work really well.

 Spell Check Added to Letters & Notes

One of the new features of WinAA is the ability to check spelling on letters and Notes. Add a letter from the customer folder and select the letter template and policy. On the letter edit screen you'll see a ABC icon at the top.

Click on this button and it will check your spelling similar to a Microsoft Office program.  A Spell Check icon has been added to the Note Entry screen and works the same way.

 

 Inserting Your Agency Logo

You must have administrator privileges in order to change the agency logo and this this process will require re-registration of the software.

Prepare your agency logo first. The logo needs to be no taller than 1.5" and no wider than 6". It needs to be in a *.bmp format. You can create a logo with programs like Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Photodraw, Paint, and many more. Save this file on your computer where you can find it.

Go to System Setup & Agency Information. At the bottom click Product Registration & then click the 'Edit' button. You'll see the Memo Address field in the center of the screen. Right below that you will see the 'Insert Graphic' button.

Find your previously saved agency logo by clicking on the 'Create from File' bullet and then click 'Browse' and locate your file, click open and it will insert the picture into the memo address field. Finish by deleting or rearranging the rest of the text in the.

Remember you MUST complete the registration process before the logo will appear on your letterhead..
